What is the size of the investment required for becoming a member in nivrttigrama? Who is a FOUNDER member of nivrttigrama? What are the advantages in being a FOUNDER member? How is my investment in nivrttigrama protected till I become a resident in the community? What are the risks associated with this investment and how is it protected? I have already crossed 70 years; is there any reduction in membership fees for me? All references are to an individual member. What about one’s spouse, partner, live-in assistant etc.? What is the status of the additional members when the primary member is no longer a resident in nivrttigrama? Can I bequeath my membership in nivrttigrama to my heir?

Criteria for Membership / Residence

Who can become a member of the community? Is there a minimum age to become a member or resident? Can a person who has a chronic illness be a resident member of the community? Who will conduct the medical evaluation? Who decides my eligibility to become a member? If I become a member before I am 60, can I visit and stay at the community with my family for a few weeks to a month every year? After becoming a member how much advance notice is required to become a resident member?
